You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our proprietary software.
3. Subscription & Payments
Some services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
GHW Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
